District 32 Flag

The United States Power Squadrons (USPS) represent more than 60,000 individual members joined together in over 450 squadrons with a common objective of good fellowship, service to the community, and the advancement of safe and fun boating.

Our members have taught beginning boating to thousands of fledgling and long time boaters.

Through a program known as Cooperative Charting, we have assisted the federal government in keeping their navigational charts current by reporting changes that have taken place since the last chart was printed.

Our Squadron offers Vessel Safety Checks (VSC) to the general public, free of charge. If you would like to schedule a Vessel Safety Check click here .

Fort Vancouver Sail & Power Squadron is located in Vancouver, Washington. Chartered in 1962, we are one of seven squadrons that make up USPS District 32, serving Oregon and Southwest Washington. (Map)

Our mission is to promote safe boating through education and awareness. We support National Safe Boating Week by encouraging boaters to take part in a Public Boating Class and performing Vessel Safety Checks (VSC) throughout the year.

We strive to instill these principals in our young adults by being proud sponsors of the Sea Scout Ship 202 Deja Vu.
