Thanksgiving Cruise was a big success. P/C Shamus O'Flaherty, now with St Helens Squadron always puts his heart into making this not only one of the most memorable cruises but definitively the most tasty. The cruise was held over Thanksgiving Weekend at East Docks Government Island. A little ingenuity they enclose the open gazebo and heat it up nice and toastie Shamus brings his deep fryer along to cook the turkey in as seen below. Everybody then has a great time. A cow on the island even decided to help herself to some turkey leftovers, and I thought they were vegetarians.
